ABOUT US

At Valkyrie Fitness, we believe that you matter. Our guests matter, our members matter, our instructors matter, and our management matters. All team members must be able to communicate effectively with this in mind.

What does this look like?

  • We encourage our instructors to say each person’s name in each class, even if it means asking them for the millionth time or reading off the class list. You make sure that they know that it matters that they showed up.

  • You lead your class with the knowledge that, to the participants, this class matters. The instructor they chose to take a class with matters to them, and they chose you.

  • We help out our fellow instructors when they need a sub. When you do this for others, they will do the same for you. Our personal lives matter too.

  • You reply to all staff communications in a timely manner, because your input and response matters.

  • You thoughtfully plan and practice your classes ahead of time, because becoming a great instructor matters to you.

If this sounds like a place that you would like to work, and you’re a highly motivated, organized and punctual person who is driven by changing lives and impacting our community in Wenatchee through movement, then we can’t wait to share this career opportunity with you.
