Hi! I’m Roxy, and I’m the owner of Valkyrie Fitness. For those of you who don’t know my background, I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for about a decade. I know the importance of BOTH strength training AND mobility training. I often say that aerial yoga and kettlebells are like two sides of the same coin. Aerial yoga is focused on mobility, but you’ll get stronger doing it. Kettlebells focus on strength, but you’ll improve your mobility too.
I also understand the importance of finding a type of movement that you actually enjoy doing. For me, that means something that is both mentally and physically engaging. Something that is effective, but allows room for variety. It may have a bit of a learning curve, but after a few sessions there is a sense of flow throughout the movements and the workout.
Aerial yoga and kettlebells check all those boxes, and more. You can do just one, but I bet you’ll love both.

Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop
Curious about trying aerial yoga, but nervous about taking your first class?
Allow us to introduce you to our Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop, where everyone in the class is a beginner, and we make learning aerial yoga as approachable as possible.
In this free Intro Workshop, you'll learn the foundational building blocks to feel confident in your aerial yoga practice.
By the end of this class you’ll learn everything you need to know in order to feel confident in our ★ aerial classes, and determine if you’re ready for a ★★ aerial class.
