Membership Pause Request
To put your membership on hold, please fill out the form below. Please read our pause policy below, copied from our membership agreements, before doing so.
PAUSE POLICY
- You must submit your pause request at least 7 days prior to the date you would like the pause to start on.
- Members with a monthly renewing membership may put a hold or “pause” on their membership in 1 month increments, for up to a maximum of 2 months per calendar year. The pause may begin on the date of your choosing. For example: If you request a 1 month pause with a start date of June 20th, then your membership will resume on July 20th.
- Those with annual memberships may put their accounts on hold for up to 8 weeks in a calendar year. Holds can be place in week long increments. For example: If you request a 1 month pause with a start date of June 20th, then your membership will resume on June 27th.
- Your normal dues will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.
- Time spent on pause does not count towards your contract’s minimum commitment. Putting your membership on hold will extend the length of your contract by the amount of time your membership was on hold for.
- Additional months may be granted due to medical emergencies, with a note from a doctor. If this applies to you, please make note of this in the final question on the form.
- Member’s account must be current and all fees paid before a pause will be processed. Memberships may not be canceled during a paused period.
Military Member: If at any time during the term of your agreement, you are deployed or assigned to active duty, Valkyrie Fitness will allow you to freeze your membership for the time in which you are absent upon written request from you. You will need to provide proof of deployment or assignment detailing your absence and the applicable time period. If this applies to you, please make note of this in the final question on the form.
